Chirping Bird Bakery came from the idea of my work as pastry chef in some big restaurants in the city and wanting to do something more for the community in a sustainable way, while being able to integrate my passion of baking with the use of organic, local and high-quality products.

Products: Scones (chocolate, blueberry & lemon, chocolate chips & strawberry, apple pie, seasonal flavors: pumpkin, s´mores). All scones are plant based friendly and some flavors can change depending on availability of ingredients and seasonal produce. Salty chocolate chip cookies. Chocolate & cacao nibs shortbread cookies. Sourdough chia & sesame crisps. Corn flakes meringue cookies. Sourdough brownie cookies. Loaf sliced cakes (seasonal flavors using peaches, plums, corn, etc.). Mexican seasonal pastries like conchas, Pan de Muerto (during October/November months) and Rosca de Reyes (beginning of January)
