Winter Clothing Drive – October 8 & 15
We are collecting winter clothing for New Circles Community Services. New Circles helps newcomers, refugees and others living on a low income meet their basic clothing needs.
Drop off gently used clothing at our Coffee Tent at Withrow Park during our last two farmers’ markets on October 8 and October 15. 9am to 1pm – rain or shine!
• Sweaters, sweatshirts, long-sleeved shirts, pants, leggings, long underwear, and any type of seasonally appropriate clothing
• Winter coats, jackets, snow pants, and snowsuits
• Boots and other warm footwear
• Accessories like hats, gloves, mittens and scarves

Free Jewellery Repairs – October 15
Last chance for jewellery repairs! Free jewellery repairs with Louisa LaBarbera Jewellery. Bring those jewellery items that have been collecting dust to be repaired! Maybe your favorite necklace that fell apart or a bracelet whose clasp has broken.
During the Jewellery Repair-athon, you’ll be able to learn the basic elements of jewellery repair and watch as Louisa re-attaches loops, earring hooks, clasps, and more!
