About Toronto Master Gardeners
Toronto Master Gardeners are volunteers who share current, science-based horticultural information with the gardening public: in person, in print, via media, and online.
The volunteer Toronto Master Gardeners have been advising and helping solve problems for Toronto gardeners since January 1988. The Toronto Master Gardeners are part of the province-wide Master Gardeners of Ontario Inc. (MGOI). There are 38 local Master Gardener groups in Ontario, focusing on sustainable gardening information for the public. There are also Master Gardener groups in many provinces, most states, and in some international locations. More information may be found on the MGOI website.
