The primary component of the bread is the use of a natural starter in the doughs and at the same time using organic stone-milled whole wheat flour. The main flavor profiles of both the bread and pastry products will play around what the local farmers sell according to what is peak according to season. This ensures that our products we sell in the market will be both sustainable and flavorful.

Tito Toronto aims to utilize what Ontario farmers can offer. Above from the fact that produces from local farmers are organic, fresh, and flavorful, we want to make Tito Toronto as an outlet where the farmers’ and local’s products will shine. The baked goods that Tito Toronto will offer will be but a blank canvass. By introducing what the locals and farmers can offer, Tito Toronto can highlight their products, through our creations and at the same time support their business. ​We believe in making a sustainable and high-quality product and at the same time, having a symbiotic relationship with farmers and locals. We believe that common good and solidarity are what makes a business successful.
