A modern take on tradition, Lev Bakery is a family legacy that comes from the heart. With a focus on organic grains and real ingredients, Lev strives to produce products that are both familiar and elevated. We strive to use exclusively organic or transitional flour in all of our breads and pastries. The transitional flour comes from Quebec from Moulin de Soulanges. All of our whole grain flours are milled by Mennonite farmers and are 100% organic. We have also started using exclusively organic cane sugar in all of our breads and pastries.
