City Bakers Collective

City Bakers Collective is a boutique granola bakery. We craft deeply flavoured small-batch granolas fresh weekly, using local gluten-free oats, local maple syrup, extra virgin olive oil and lots of good-for-you nuts, seeds & fruits. Our signature granolas are uniquely and unapologetically spice-driven, brimming with flavours of black cardamom, Vietnamese cinnamon, star anise, extra dark cocoa, espresso, sea salt and pure Madagascan vanilla. Most are free of gluten and dairy, and all are free of refined sugars and unnatural ingredients. Each batch is mixed, tasted, slow-roasted and packaged by hand.
