Summer: carrots, beets, eggplant, zucchini, melons, cukes, okra, calalloo, chayote squash, scotch bonnet/cayenne/jalapeno peppers, wax beans, peas, turnips, tomatoes, melons, cut flowers

Fall:  tomatoes, onions, garlic, squash, dry beans, arugula, cabbage, spinach, carrots, beets, dried herbs (teas), cut flowers, preserved tomatoes, pickles/ferments,
