20th Anniversary Event: Live Sweetgrass Infusion Demo with Tanya Gluvakov
Join us for a special 20th anniversary event with Tanya Gluvakov, founder of Roots and Raven. Tanya is a mixed Mohawk herbalist, grower and educator with family roots from Six Nations of the Grand River who shares teachings around plant medicines and our connection to the land.
During this live demonstration, Tanya will introduce sweetgrass and its teachings, share why making medicine with sweetgrass is meaningful, and demonstrate how to create a cold infusion for a sweetgrass mist. She’ll also walk through how to care for the infusion over the following weeks and how the finished mist can be used.
