We are looking for recipes – simple or complex – based on what you can get at our market. While we dream through the winter of the delights in the seasons to come, let’s hear from you about what you are looking forward to cooking.
From dishes using the first garlic scapes peeking out of the ground in spring through the delights of summer tomatoes and corn, to the hardy squashes we are still enjoying in winter, we know you have many great ideas under your chefs’ hats.
Don’t forget about our wine, beer and cider, our honey, mustard and maple syrup, nuts, eggs, and ready-to-eat and frozen treats you put your own spin on.
