Momos are dumplings filled with meat or vegetables. Originally from Tibet, Momos are extremely popular street food in Nepal. Nepal has had a long history of cultural and economic ties with Tibet and Momos have been in the fabric of Nepali cuisine for a long time. Over time, Nepali Momos have taken on their own variations.
We are grounded in ecologically sustainable practices. We grow some of the ingredients in our backyards in Scarborough and source others from local Ontario farmers.
